Physical Appearance:
Rhea stands in at five feet and four inches tall. Her hair is thick, black and wavy which falla down to her waist. Rhea has tanned skin and surprisingly blue eyes that are always seeming to sparkle happily. She is rather skinny, and sometimes even called a twig by people. Her legs are also skinny, but not enough to be called "twiggy". She has clear skin, no scars or blemishes on her at all. That of course is very nice for a coordinator. She commonly does her best to just keep her hair free and flowing out. Though during contests she will tie it back into a huge ponytail.

Her usual dress up is a simple frilled dress colored like the sunset. She often wears a hair clip to hold up her bangs on the left side of her face. That has a small pink flower on it and is blue itself. Her socks are white and over-the-knee while she generally has on blue sneakers. Her bag is just a backpack and is green with white where the pockets are. It is decorated with various buttons of cute things or such. Most often she can be caught with her ear buds in, but tries to keep one out at all times if she is around people.

An alternative outfit she uses for contests doesn't actually include a change in shoes. She does though use a blue hairband for her ponytail. Her dress is switched out for a large and very fancy blue one with an orange bow around the waist. She tries to use complimentary colors in contests. Her socks are exchanged for ones that are orange. Meanwhile she also has a cute jigglypuff charm bracelet that was from her mother.

Personality:
Rhea is mostly a sweet and bubbly girl who likes affection. She is very happy and content being with people and is easy to make friends with. Rhea is enthusiastic to no limit it seems and extremely optimistic. There is almost no room for negativity in her body. She is very outgoing and does her best to make people feel comfortable. Rhea has a tendancy to hug at the most random of times too. She loves physical contact, it seems to really reassure her. Otherwise she can even get kind of upset. She does her best to just be considerate though and likes to help people out whenever possible. Rhea has a thing for baking sweets and is always willing to share. Though if she is eating mini cookies she would slap your hand and glare at you. Which actually only makes people laugh or call her adorable.

Even when mad she can be cute. Her habit of puffing out her cheeks when upset makes it that not many take her seriously. Its commonly called her "pouty face" by those who know her well. Rhea isn't too mindful of some consequences and so ends up just charging in to situations which half the time get her in trouble. She is rather klutzy and typically trips all over things. Also being kind of impatient, Rhea likes to always be on the go or doing something. Rhea is also a sucker for sad movies and cries all the time during them. Though she also is scared to death of scary things, making her very easy to spook. She usually squeals when someone scares her.

Rhea's dream is to become a great coordinator like her big brother. She loves all Pokemon equally, but her favorites are the cute ones. Like surskit, jigglypuff, or even feebas. To Rhea she can find the cuteness in anything just about. She has a saying that is "Anything can NE cute if you want it to be!". This is a phrase she commonly using on many things. Boys included. Rhea can actually be somewhat of a flirt actually, and if her target ends up not kinding she becomes quite clingy.

History:
At a young age Rhea was shown to have a fascination with the coordination world. She would sit in front of the television watching Pokemon contests with a bag of chips and a cup of juice. As she became a bit older her goal was mainly to become a Pokemon coordinator and to traverse the land in search of pretty and cute Pokemon. Which was every Pokemon to her. She spent a few years continuing to learn more on coordination, and it went well as she spent time studying things. Those such as move combos and how they could be effective as well as things that boost chances of getting ribbons. She always had her head in a book regarding the life of a coordinator.

A few more years were spent trying things with her brother's Pokemon. Since her older brother was a coordinator that meant she had personal resources to learn from. She would often practice using a baby feebas of her brother's. During her time with the feebas she ended up becoming attached to the species. Her ideal as a coordinator was to have a feebas! So at seventeen she eventually ended up moving with her parents to a new region. It was called the Caspian region. This is where her journey to become a coordinator would begin. After consent was given Rhea was set to go.
