[COMPLETE] American Idiot

A kind woman opened the door and welcomed the boy inside. Looks like an ordinary ranch with ordinarily nice people working. Splendid. He bowed at her politely and took to her offered instruction, only noticing the huge Pokemon after such had aggressively snarled at him. There was those weird barking sounds when he knocked at the door; Percy had to wonder if the Pokemon given were aggressive like that one.

...Probably not. "No, don't mind it... It's nice to see a Pokemon so protective of his trainer. I'm impressed." He said, smiling at the woman. He tried ignoring the bad look the canine in the corner gave him, understanding that there might be something the Pokemon is on to. He had yet to do anything to clear up his name, after all... It's only natural someone would notice it. But this quick? Good going there, Lucas.

Getting back to the matter at hand, Percy made his introduction. "I'm going for a breeder this time. No preferred type. Sorry to intrude, but may I have your name?" He asked lending a hand out in a friendly manner. "I'm Percival. Thank you for helping me."

Nyra, huh. Nice name. Percival accepted the sheet from the nice woman and examined his choices. For the most part, he was familiar with some of those listed, but there were choices he had not recognized. Also, a Pokemon that comes in three sizes? That's new. "Three sizes? How so?" He asked, still looking through the sheet. His choice came up shortly, deciding that stalling would not do any good. "Well.. I think I'll go with the Pumpk--"

He was caught mid-sentence to see the little Pokemon flying and nesting over the girl's head. She was probably used to it from how she did not seem to respond. It was, rather amusing to see. He chuckled a bit. "I like your hat."

Pyrgus, the species he was wasn't familiar to Percival. Though, he couldn't help but smile at the little bird as it happily chirped. The idea of a Pokemon hatching from an egg fascinated him; it was life born, in its purest form. Truly marvelous. "He's lovely." He commented freely before getting back to his choice. These small pauses of chatter in between somehow helped the boy to maintain a peaceful status.

She was right with her assumption; Percy really did want a Pumpkaboo, but he knew absolutely nothing about it. It was alien to him, all the more reason for picking it. Something new he needed to learn from. "Yes," he assured her, folding the sheet and moving to give it back to the woman. He had wanted to assume Lucas in the corner wouldn't spring at him for that. "Didn't think that one would be the differently sized. Is there a specific meaning to that?" If he was going to choose that, then might as well figure out as much as possible about it.

"(I see... So this is what she meant by four different sizes.)" Taking his attention mostly on the largest and smallest, it was very easy to compare the sizes of each and notice how they were physically different. Percival had to wonder which one he was going with best. After Nyra laid out her explanation of this little family, Percy laughed to himself alittle bit. This was kind of like his case; a link in the family separated for personal growth. "You know, after hearing that... It hurts somewhat to just take one of them away." He said, reaching his hand towards one of the Pumpkaboo.

Going back to consideration, there was how their personalities differed greatly. Percival wondered how did they manage as a family with such distinct differences. Especially... "This guy." He took his choice, roughly bringing his hand down over the largest. Super-Size, was it? If he was the most rowdy, then in a farm like this where they're in a haven as it is, it's best to allow the punk toexperience some battle with the bigger dogs. "I think we'll manage together somehow. We should, as fellow older brothers. Is it okay if I take this one?" It still somewhat hurt Percival to just take a family link away from its relatives; but this was the only resort.
