Name: Rosetta Ceiteach
Age: 16.
Hometown: Sinnoh Region; Snowpoint.
Trainer Type: Specialized trainer.
Physical Appearance: Rosetta stands at 5'4". She has cherry-colored hair that reaches her middle back in length and green, large eyes. Her skin tone is sun-kissed. Rose's absolute identifying mark would have to be her yellow ribbon which she uses to tie her hair in a high ponytail. Oddly for someone her age, Rose lacks almost entirely on curves, not really serving as the image of womanhood to say the least. She is naturally slim and lean, justified even without moving around too much (which she is actually prone to doing). Her body language when not threatened is enough for someone to tell what a little firecracker she can be, often boasting confidence in her form.
Rosetta doesn't have a specific choice in clothing, but she likes to appear 'pretty' or 'cute'. Her outfits are mostly loose and not overly invested in, yet that's because she would usually be moving around rather cooped up. She needs a getup she can easily squirm around in. On special occasions though, she knows how to dress properly. It would be troublesome, but she could still make a certain appeal to match high class. The one part she would never remove is her yellow ribbon though.

Personality: Rosetta is a happy-go-lucky girl with a generally friendly, yet slightly stingy attitude. She prefers being in people's company rather by her own, and with a cheerful and energetic nature, she's sure to get that preference of hers. Although the girl has a childish humor and clear side, she is still kind towards her fellows on an initial interaction. You could tell she likes you if she tries to prank you, or pull a joke on your expense. Rosetta doesn't take well to mean people at all, showing an aggressively rejecting side to such an attitude. She hates arrogance and selfishness, and will speak her mind if she has to, in order to bring such point to another party. The girl has courage, mind you, not afraid to stand on her own against anybody so long as she acknowledges them as just another someone. But, she tends to give up easy and strike out certain methods before trying them. Rest assured though, Rose is very serious when it comes to what she loves.
Once Rosetta learns something, she never forgets it. It's a special talent of hers that helped her get her scholarship. She's kind of a genius in that aspect, though she insists on the claim that she still has a long way to go. In truth, she's really not that far away as she thinks; it's just her stage fright that limits her greatly. Rose unfortunately has staff fright which comes off in the forms of not being able to express herself successfully in-front of masses of people, and being very subjective to stress in any pressuring situations. This includes any test of the sort, or facing a person of high rank. She can't function well when under such circumstances, even moving weirdly in such a state. She will stutter, stumble upon her words and generally spout nonsense, or just random facts.
It's a shame really, since she knows so much about Pokemon. She could easily pass for a breeder, but instead, the girl chose to follow her passion and become a respected Rock-type Pokemon trainer and master. She can relate to them in a way; anything physical won't budge them, but mental damage can strike them badly. She feels it's the same case with her. Rosetta's passion about Rock-type Pokemon gives birth to a certain goal in her mind; that is, changing trainers' outlook on those creatures. She understands that due to type weakness, most people are prone to look down on them and as such, wants to prove them wrong. Rose has a deep care for Pokemon in general, and is a strong believer in hard work and effort. Besides that, she could pass as a fanatic, funnily enough.
History: Rosetta always wanted to be something big. She was born as a third and final sister to a family of two brothers and two happy parents in Snowpoint City in the Sinnoh Region, and always looked up to the trainers in the Snowpoint gym, who utilized Ice-type Pokemon to great use. When she was a little girl, she wanted to be just like them, to really be an impressive, great trainer. That was her dream, and drive to start studying.
Seeing how crime in the streets got more common, her parents obviously forbid Rose to set out on a Pokemon journey when she was 10, as was used to be in days before. In that time, the girl started investigating about Ice-type Pokemon, their traits, strengths and weaknesses, and eventually stumbled around a certain article concerning Rock-type Pokemon. It said they would put up a great fight against Ice, a Super Effective hit. She was fascinated; how can something so simple prove to be so effective against something so beautifully powerful? Ice-types dominated over many others in terms of type superiority, that much she learned by chance. So why were Rock-types stronger?
Her question, turned to curiosity eventually led to long research. Uneventful as her life was, Rose eventually got herself in a Poketech for elite students, discovering a rare ability with knowledge on Pokemon. She didn't just study on almost every part, but also memorize it so she wouldn't forget it. She got from her destined type to many other types of Pokemon, but understood that she couldn't rely on what she learned in school to use in real life, as Pokemon tend to have differing personalities. Her simplistic view on Rock-type Pokemon was also changed as she discovered new species and regions of living, though all was done through books. She never got actual experience in the fields.
This is why, setting out on this journey on the Caspian Region with a scholarship on her hand is more than just another stage in her life; it might as well become her very life as a whole.
